An HR database that enables the tracking, analysis, and
reporting of personnel data, including items such as: personnel
history, compensation management, applicant tracking, training
and certifications, etc.
SELF SOURCES
A web-based conduit to PGAS HR SOURCES that enables
manager to have self-service access and employee self-service
access as well (employees can view personal benefits information,
leave balance, input address changes, etc.).

LEAVE TRACKING MODELS
A web-based module that enables online processing of
time-of frequencies from employees and responses /approvals
from managers.
