Sulwan has majoring in law, and interested in Human Resources field. He has more than 35 years working experience in multinational company. His expertise is in Training and Development, Corporate Affairs, Employee Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Safety and Environment areas. Sulwan is managing partner of PGA (People Gold Asset) and he also freelance trainer and facilitator. Since young, he is active on organization, such Human Resource Management Association (AMSM) Jawa Barat dan Indonesian Employer Association (APINDO) Bandung. He is a positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, complemented by the ability to naturally lead, motivate, and guide people toward set goals and brings him to be the proven senior consultant in many companies.

Bambang Irawan
Bambang is bachelor degree of Economic graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam The Netherlands. He has expertise on Change Management & Retail Management matters. He has more than 20 years experiences on retail company. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management, Business Proces Reengineering and Strategic Management are some of his competences. At present, Bambang also an Advisor of Surabaya Business Networking Community Club since 2006, and Vice Chairman East Java Indonesian Retail Merchants Association (APRINDO) since 2007. Having experience as a public speaker, trainer and consultant in many field and many kind of business project, his drive, intelligent initiatives, and thoughtful insights have contributed immensely in shaping change management strategy & culture. Tri Anna Darmayanti
Anna is a talented consultant & trainer , she has many potential aspect to be developed. She is interesting in training, people development and Human Resources field. Bachelor degree of Psychology faculty with majoring in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Anna have experiences in manufacturer company as Human Resource practitioner for more than 10 years. Since 2008, her activities are as trainer and Human Resource consultant.
