o General Phsycotest ( general performance test )
o Personality Assessment ( using DISC Profile )
o Career Assessment ( with STAR Interview )
o Induction Training Program for new employees ( free of charges for certain
total of candidates )

PGA’s learning agenda for Selecting the Best also includes a variety of lectures, group discussions, group activities, reading, self-assessment and practice. The agenda includes:
o Course purpose and expectations
o Pre-test of interviewing knowledge
o Your selection and hiring process
o Behavior-based interviewing
